As our Recruitment Ambassador, you'll take the lead for all things recruitment on a global scale - from advertising using ATS to supporting Hiring Managers to negotiating offers to onboarding to a successful probation review.
You'll unlock your HR talent, serving as the go-to person for all things HR-related, making a direct impact as the initial contact point in our fast-paced workplace.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor
- Previous recruitment and retention experience and a good understanding of laws relating to recruitment
- CIPD qualification (or similar)
- Strong admin skills with hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS and Office 365
- Ability to effectively and constructively handle internal relationships whilst managing expectations
- Experience and aptitude in providing competent, high-quality and reliable advice/guidance, in a timely manner
- Capacity to actively promote workplace values
- Able to work with unwavering integrity
- Courage to step up and to address difficult issues, constructively saying what needs to be said
- Demonstrated self-awareness to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to communicate effectively; to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; to listen with an open mind while remaining firm when required
- Practical and logical skills; able to solve problems
- Determined and driven
- Able to travel locally (to Telford office, once every 6-8 weeks)
- Must be able to work proactively within a small team

- 32,000 to 34,000 (DOE)
- Annual increase of 5% on anniversary date
