INDSQP

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (preferably within a marketing agency, but not essential)
• Demonstratable track record managing and motivating a marketing team to deliver high quality outputs within agreed timelines
• Proven team management experience and ability to allocate roles using individual strengths
• Strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, confident at presenting and selling the Agency
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A strategic thinker who is able to implement realistic and strategic decisions
• A track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing agency strategies and client acquisitions will be an added advantage but is not essential
• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems and make effective, timely decisions
• Ability to be hands-on as an expert advisor to clients and colleagues to build strong relationships
• Must be able to travel locally to Westbury offices; and occassional international travel

Benefits

• 55,000 - 60,000 DOE
• Annual increase of 5% on anniversary date
• 26 holidays (increases each year and is uncapped)

• Hybrid working with 2-3 days based at offices in the Wolverhampton Uni
