Job Description

We are looking for graduates to join our Product Engineering team, as a Software Engineer.

We are a multinational automobile manufacturer, who produce luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles.

Our enviable heritage in engineering means we’re best placed to power the future of movement. And right now, we’re putting more energy than ever into reimagining what that looks like. It makes for meaningful work that’s always evolving in an environment that is collaborative, open, diverse and dynamic. We’re engineering the future of movement.

The scale of our knowledge and expertise informs our ambition. So the scope to take us even further, faster, is unlimited. Our Engineering graduates don’t just get to define modern luxury design that is better for the planet. We invest in them with an ever-evolving range of training and technology, wrapped up in a collaborative approach to developing their skills and knowledge where career development is decided in consultation.

Here, you’ll get to put your theory into practice on real life projects. You’ll start to build a professional network that is as supportive as it is social: there’s a wealth of expertise to share and a willingness to help each other learn. And from the start, you’ll be guided to make sure you get out as much as you put in.

Our mission is to integrate the enterprise to deliver commercially successful products on time and to quality standards, which fulfil our brand and customer promise throughout their lifecycles. As such, we work with all areas to realise our product programmes, so roles with us give great exposure to the business.

You could find yourself driving programmes anywhere from initial concept to launch in plant, focusing on improving the profitability of a current carline, developing cost-effective and sustainable new features or helping to lead project management across carlines. This will give you all the skills you need for an exciting and fast-moving career with us.
