Job Description

Vasion is looking for a Partner Development Manager (MSPs) that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. The PDM is responsible for developing our Managed Service Partner (MSP) Channel. The Partner Development Manager is a critical role focused on managing, signing and setting up Partners. It will also involve supporting the Channel Account Managers in the field.

Requirements

Partner Development Manager responsibilities include:

  • Develop, nurture, and identify new MSP partners that will expand Vasion’s reach into target markets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting partner relationships by working with Channel Account Managers and System Engineers to understand the product and needs of our MSP partners and their customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide partner feedback to improve our product offering and customer experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems, to forecast opportunities, generate quotes, and maintain customer records and data.
  • Manage contractual agreements with MSP partners, ensuring compliance with Vasion’s requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on regional trends regarding buying habits, technology, competitors, compliance and governance drivers, and regional evolution.
  • Triage incoming leads from partners, ensuring proper information submission by the partner, making sure they are entered into the CRM Correctly.
  • Assist in scheduling demos amp; Run Demos
  • Manage Deal Registration for partners.
  • Create and qualify new opportunities initiated by our partners.
  • Manage existing MSP Partners across EMEA
  • Manage the onboarding of new partners.
  • Promote training within the existing Partner community.
  • Assist CAMs while they are OOO or Traveling with scheduling, answering emails, etc.
  • Assist CAMs, with CRM administration when required (Quotes etc)
  • Travel to partner events/trainings when needed (EMEA)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Understanding of Channel Sales
  • 1-3 years of professional channel sales experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS and/or Print Management Technology Solutions
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
  • Highly motivated, results/action-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude - net new sales focused.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organisation, time management skills and strong desire to win.
  • Valid Driving License


Preferred

  • Second Language (French/German/Spanish/Italian)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Providers
