Wattbike is an exciting brand with a big future, and we’re looking for a Marketing / E-commerce Executive to help deliver our ambitious growth plans!
Wattbike is used by the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NFL, national rugby teams and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home.
They all have one common goal: to improve their health and fitness progression.
As E-commerce executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales and enhancing the digital shopping experience for customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding the e-commerce presence and ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience direct to consumer across our global channels.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days working from the office per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy clearly prioritises actions to drive progress and performance within agreed budget parameters.
- Support and inform digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic and sales.
- Working closely with the digital agency to drive and maximise efficiency
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to ensure a category leading customer experience on our website.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders to help build customer lifetime value (CRM, Sales, Operations).
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall e-commerce performance.
- Take a professional and organised approach to understanding campaign performance. Own and build the process of continuous improvement on the platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO, digital marketing, affiliate marketing,
• Proven experience in optimising Shopify is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Building amp; implementing offers in-line with promotional plan and testing schedule
• Creative mindset and a passion for improving the online shopping experience
