What is Damp;R’S remit?
- Deliver projects to support revenue generation with our Sales, Marketing, Customer and Finance teams.
- Provide data, insights and support to optimise revenue generating processes.
- Maintain a fully adopted tech stack for our revenue generating teams
What will you be responsible for?
Working closely with our Damp;R co-leads and CTO, you’ll play a key role in supporting Sales, Customer and Marketing teams. Two thirds of the role will be focused on Salesforce, and the other third on the rest of our tech stack.
As an admin of Salesforce (SF) you will:
- Work on SF development projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand user requirements to design and implement robust solutions.
- Deal with ad hoc requests, including report creation, troubleshooting, changes to fields, objects or processes queries around process.
- Work with commercial leaders to maintain good SF hygiene and data.
- Work with Hubspot (HS) to ensure that SF changes are synced to HS or not as appropriate and maintain workflows in both SF and HS.
You will look after the rest of the tech stack (Salesloft, BoardEx, Zoominfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lead Forensics):
- Adoption: ensuring that we have the right tools for our purposes and that our teams are able to use those tools their full potential.
- Training: for new joiners and running/ organising refresher training.
- Liaising with tech stack providers: being the main point of contact for renewals, questions, training and updates.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience working with Salesforce.
- Project management skills- the ability to understand a problem, scope out requirements, plan the actions that need to be taken, document your work, execute the plan and train on and embed any changes.
- Logic/ problem solving skills- the ability to understand a problem and work through it to find the best solution.
- Communication skills- the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into requirements across our tech stack.
- Collaboration skills- required not just for working within the team, but for working effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and align tools and processes accordingly.
