As a key member of the PEXA UK Leadership team, this role has overall accountability for PEXA UK’s marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market share in the UK. The role is a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, collaboration and innovative thinking, and will require strategic and thoughtful navigation of the UK property market to drive the brand towards sustained growth.Key Accountabilities- Distil and articulate the PEXA proposition to each market sector in support of a strong growth imperative and develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market share in the UK
- Develop and execute a communications strategy to land core messaging across all available channels
- Understand the maintenance of the value of the brand and how to drive the best value from the positioning of multiple brands
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts to revenue goals and optimise the customer journey
- Present strategy, initiatives and updates to the PEXA UK Board and other stakeholders as requested
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly
- Be a key member of the PEXA UK Leadership team by contributing to the company strategy and high-performance culture
- Represent PEXA accordingly in media or as otherwise requested
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies to ensure the marketing strategy remains cutting-edge
Skills and Experience- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, and demonstrable leadership skills, both direct management, and management of third parties
- Experience of marketing B2B solutions essential, B2C desirable
- Clear understanding of the challenges facing the UK property market, experience within market will be highly valued
- Confidence to lead from the front, acting a as a lead advocate at public events and on recorded media
- Ability to contribute to executive level discussion and decision making including at board level
- Experience developing and executing on innovative approaches designed to achieve a clear ROI
- Have proven success to drive results in a fast paced environment and a natural ability to build value driven relationships, internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver customer centric results
