Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in synthesizing project information, creating Serco packs, and generating comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate raw data from Excel spreadsheets into meaningful insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SteerCo packs to communicate project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources, including Excel spreadsheets, to generate comprehensive project reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand key deliverables, timelines, and objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of project data through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports that highlight project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/certifications in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, PMP, PRINCE2 ).
  • Proven experience in project reporting and the development of Serco packs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
