Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to turn our software into an easy-to-use product for our clients and their customers.
As a UI/UX designer at mmob, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience, creating a functional, intuitive and appealing journey through our product. You will use your eye for design along with your technical knowledge to develop great journeys for our customers. You should have experience with design software and wireframe tools and a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web and mobile applications.

You'll
- Collaborate with the Product team to execute product experiences in line with the roadmap and vision
- Develop and deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle; requirements gathering, user analysis, UI design, testing and implementation
- Design for complex design problems in the FinTech industry that require complicated interactions and large data sets.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Create original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables)
- Test new ideas to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct ongoing user research and carry out layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Manage multiple projects, keeping a keen eye for detail and communicating how the visions with achieve objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile app and responsive design experience
- A portfolio of UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms - PLEASE PROVIDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO IN YOUR APPLICATION
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and the UX design process
- Experience using wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Working knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Sketch, Visio, iOS, Andriod)
- Knowledge and interaction with front-end development technologies (we use React, Typescript and NextJS)
- Deep conceptual thinker across both visual and interaction design with a spirit for innovation
- Capable problem solver with an intrinsic passion for delighting the customer
- Highly collaborative with other team members to deliver the best possible User Experience
- The ability to explain design options clearly and concisely
- Flexible attitude, especially through multiple revisions or work
- Qualifications in graphic or multimedia design or relevant work experience
