What you’ll learn on the Data Management and Strategy Graduate SchemeOver two years, you’ll develop a deep understanding of data management principles, analytics and strategic frameworks. You’ll learn how to collect, clean and analyse data to uncover valuable insights that can be used to drive better decision-making. And you’ll do it through hands-on projects, guided by colleagues in our expert teams who’ll ensure you have the practical skills to succeed in this rapidly evolving field.
The work you could be doing- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for data management
- Developing processes to collect, aggregate, and integrate data from various databases
- Applying analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights that will support strategic decision making
- Monitoring and reporting on data driven outcomes to assess performance and make informed adjustments
- Creating informative dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to colleagues
- Working closely with other teams to identify their data needs and support their requirements
Requirements
- A2:2 degree or abovein any subject area from any university. Students with a PhD or Master’s degree are also welcome.
