The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller to develop their skills in dynamic video editing and motion design.
You’ll work closely with the team to bring marketing videos to life through dynamic, fast-paced editing and storytelling across a range of assets. Your main responsibilities will include editing social-first assets across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.
You’ll continue to develop a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, engaging visuals and communicating a narrative, as well as using music and sound to drive emotion and excitement in your edits. Experience in motion design using After Effects to bring text and images to life is essential for this role.
Main responsibilities:
- Create high-quality video content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels and Youtube
- Edit social-first video content across a number of formats and social media platforms
- Regularly challenge yourself with new formats, storytelling and editing techniques to enhance a story
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of storytelling through video
- Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in the venture capital and private equity space is considered a plus
