Who we are:New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is New Zealand's international business development agency. We are a hands-on, collaborative and deeply commercially team, working with some of New Zealand's most forward-thinking and innovative companies. New Zealand businesses are in demand and the London team are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help with.What you'll be doing: Ultimately part of the London team, you will be a critical link in supporting New Zealand companies to expand into the UK and Europe. Digital commerce is the process of marketing, selling, and capturing value online, either globally or locally. NZTE has identified it as a strategic priority, and we want to proactively encourage and support New Zealand businesses to grow and maximise their digital performance and investment when entering and expanding in the United Kingdom, helping them thrive and succeed in the market.Working with the team, you will identify trends, anticipate future customer needs, and provide support to deliver one-to-many solutions that drive meaningful impact for New Zealand business in theUK. Your secret sauce will be your ability to draw upon your network, paid media skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This is a unique opportunity as this role is heavily focused on supporting our Digital Commerce Strategy for the region. We are looking for someone who can continue to build our eCommerce knowledge and capability including monitoring and analysing changes to the digital landscape, market trends and channels that are available to New Zealand businesses and work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that this is a world-class service.What you'll need to be successful: Digitally savvy - with more than eightyears of experience in eCommerce, encompassing Paid Search as well as retailer eCommerce activation/performance Display within a digital agency or on the client side.
International exposure demonstrated ability to operate successfully in different cultures and a solid global understanding of exporting and running businesses.
Advocacy ambitious, motivated, and deeply enthusiastic about the entire spectrum of eCommerce, with a strong understanding of how search functions as the foundation of online purchases.
Strong relationships and coaching skills enjoyment in educating those less familiar with eCommerce and the impact of optimising search and display on eCommerce efforts.
Activation - proficiency in eCommerce activation through various platforms, including Criteo, Amazon Advertising Platform (AMS, AMG, and DSP), CitrusAD, and other retail players.
Extras UK FMCG retail experience is highly desirable.
