Customer Service Executive - Centrica Team
A quick look at the role:
This role is a support role, providing a positive and proactive service to corporate customers and domestic customers with one-off or specialist clearance requirements. You will be setting up contracts and raising purchase orders, following up on necessary bookings. Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails. Using customer portals and spreadsheets. Liaising with drivers, logistics teams and customers as well as internal partners and external suppliers to ensure the needs of the customer are met. You will also handle escalations to a certain level whilst maintaining and developing positive relationships.
