We are looking for passionate Graduates to join our Occupational Psychology Team.

Through this programme, you’ll apply psychological theories, knowledge and practice to enhance our people proposition, supercharge the way we work and interact with each other, and create an environment where everybody thrives.

Following a two-week boot camp giving you an overview of our People and Places function, you’ll rotate through different HR teams to develop a strong set of specialist expertise.

• Leading the development of a people product, from early design to implementation
• Using your specialist knowledge to challenge thinking and provide fresh insight
• Working with forward-thinking suppliers to scope exciting new people solutions
• Researching our market to uncover new suppliers, products and trends
• Supporting and inspiring colleagues to unlock their full potential

Requirements

• A Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
