What you’ll be doing
As a Service Change Administrator, you will be someone looking to take their first steps into the world of change management. You will work alongside the Service Change Manager to develop key change management skills and expertise..
You’ll have a willingness to gain an understanding of the financial services industry adhering to FCA guidelines.
Working hand in hand with our Service Change Manager, department leads and customer service teams, you must be confident and able to work collaboratively across different departments. You will need to thoroughly enjoy building internal relationships with effective communication whilst being able to tackle challenges as they are presented
