We are in search of a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong motivation, excellent organisational skills, and high attention to detail to become a valuable member of our team. TTP’s principal reporting tool is Microsoft Power BI and our main data source is NetSuite ERP, so experience in these areas is highly desirable. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the IT Team, but will also work closely with Finance, Operations, and our consulting business units.
Main responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive good decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) for the consulting business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture data requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions that support business strategy.
- Utilise statistical and analytical tools to identify areas for process improvement and optimisation.
- Participate in the strategic planning of our ERP platform (NetSuite, Power BI and connected applications) ensuring high data quality standards for Business Development amp; CRM, Project Delivery, Finance amp; Accounts, Marketing and Operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Training colleagues to access data systems and make best use of analytics.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience to be successful in this role:
- Power BI and related technologies, including SQL.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with data derived from ERP / CRM.
- A consultative approach, ensuring good engagement with business stakeholders.
- Training users and documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to project manage internal improvement activities.
Desirable Skills and Experience which is not essential but would be beneficial:
- NetSuite ERP, CRM, or similar cloud-based ERP platform.
- Business process analysis.
- Configuring workflows and creating saved searches.
- Scripting or programming language(s).
- Experience of working within a consultancy, or similar knowledge of a service-based business.
