New Business Enquiries;
- Supporting the Client Service Team by dealing with New Business Enquiries and establishing the client’s needs using your knowledge of family law to assess how we can help
- Accurately taking down key information and entering it into a case management system
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
- Undertaking detailed options calls with new business enquiries that either yourself or the client service team has filtered as suitable, either via immediate transfer or as a booked call back;
- Converting these clients to either a fixed fee meeting or an immediately progressing client for other fee earners across the company
- Handle all complexity level enquiries, except for Level 1 (high complexity) which will continue to be routed via the Premium enquiry process. Where the options call needs to venture into offering more specific legal advice to support the conversion journey of the client the be sufficiently skilled, qualified, and knowledgeable to be able to offer this
Liaising with managing partners and fee earners across regions to establish best practice ways of working, including:
- Lawyer availability for new progressing clients
- Preferred ways of working across different regions
- Knowledge of specific skill sets within regions and teams to ensure the client is placed with the most suitable fee earner for their case
- Building processes and procedures to ensure the smooth transition of a progressing client to their designated fee earner
What skills might I have to be suitable for this position?
- An understanding of the family law processes
- Alignment to Stowe values, in particular ‘We Want Growth’
- Exceptional client care with the ability to sensitively deal with emotional or upset clients
- Able to solve problems and take initiative
- Be adaptable, Independent, and positive towards change
Requirements
Hours amp; Salary
- Full-time (35 Hours) - Monday to Friday - 2 weeks initial training in our Harrogate Office
- Choose from working 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00
- 80% Working from home amp; 20% working from the Harrogate Office - you control how this looks
- 25,000 per annum
