Requirements

• Planning and researching engaging and student-centric content
• Working with our SEO Lead to map out the content that needs creating
• A strong understanding of the full content creation process, from ideation through to research process, planning and execution, continuous monitoring and optimisation
• Writing / researching the content in line with brand style guidelines
• An ability to use insights and data (we use Looker) to hone in on areas that require change or updating.
• Responsible for updating and having some ownership of our quarterly OKR’s
• Understanding of Agile working (retrospects, stand ups etc)
• Providing the research and suggestions on keywords that can be targeted
• Competitor analysis
• Working with the Brand and Communications team to ensure SEO and editorial content is aligned

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Extremely strong experience in content creation, involving full planning process, creating entire content sections, designing pages
• Experience in using Semrush and Ahrefs
• Experience using Google Search console
• Ability to use Looker and draw insights from this
• Competent in using Google Spreadsheets, and using formulas to extract data points to aid decision making process.
• Great collaboration, working cross functionally with different teams including editorial, developers and design teams.
• Someone who is pro-active, and user centric in their approach
• An interest or understanding of creating content in relation to Gen-Z would be great! Our students are at the heart of what we do, so we need someone who can embody our vision of getting students to thrive through their content!
