We are looking for a Claims Support Handler to join us at INSHUR. Supported by (and reporting to) the Team Leader, you'll be joining a friendly team of claims professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional service to INSHUR customers.

You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.

What you'll do

As a Claims Support Handler, you’ll be at the heart of our in-house claims department, ensuring the seamless management of our inbound General Queue. Your detail-oriented nature will be key in attaching documents to claims, creating new claim reports, and assessing and flagging urgent inbound items.

Act as the first point of contact for inbound claims communication, managing the General Queue with precision.

Attach pertinent documentation to claim files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Create and compile new claim reports with attention to detail.

Review inbound communications to assess urgency and flag for immediate attention as needed.

Support the rest of the Claims Team by carrying out administrative tasks efficiently, contributing to a superior customer claims experience.

Embrace and utilise technology and processes that enhance the customer claims experience.
