We are looking for a FNOL amp; First Party Claims Team Leader to join us at INSHUR. Supported by (and reporting to) the Claims Manager, you'll be joining a friendly team of claims professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional service to INSHUR customers.

You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.


What you'll do

As a Team Leader, you'll head up our in-house claims department's initial response and ongoing management of first-party claims. Your leadership will not only influence claim outcomes but also shape the professional development of your team.

You will spearhead the FNOL process, guaranteeing each claim is met with precision, empathy, and efficiency.

Lead a team of claims professionals, fostering an environment of growth, high performance, and peer-to-peer learning.

Work closely with the Claims Manager to strategise on lowering average claims costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Cultivate a tech-forward approach, leveraging the latest in claims management software to streamline processes and enrich the customer journey.
