Our client is a specialist second charge mortgage lender based in the City of London. After a series of successful rounds of investment, they are looking to expand the services that they offer to their current client base to help boost their already significant market share.
They are looking for Lead Business Analysts / Project Manager who can help effectively communicate business process throughout the organisation and drive the development and deployment of new services to the market.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with the internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of business requirements, map current "As is" processes, perform gap analysis to create the desired "To be" ways of working. You will be the key conduit between the internal stakeholders and the technical teams to help drive change in the business and turn vision into reality, as well as managing the E2E project lifecycle.
We are looking for a proactive contributor with a reputation for working within the lending / mortgage domain, whilst having a depth of knowledge in business analysis. You will need to be one-step ahead of requirements and ensure client and business expectations are met.
Requirements
- Must have recent experience as a Technical Business Analyst (Working in Agile)
- Must have prior experience as a Project Manager (Working in waterfall)
- Prior experience managing a team of BAs.
- Previous experience of delivering technical transformation projects for IT / FS lending clients (Timeline and Deliverable Management)
- Previous experience of working with CAB's to drive change and transformation
- Proven experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders effectively and quickly to drive change.
- The ability to turn non-technical information into technical documentation.
- Hands on experience with creating user journeys and process flow diagrams.
- Experience as a Product Owner is highly desirable but not essential.
