A quick look at the role

TheSenior Recruitment Consultantis responsible for high volume recruitment across the country. You will provide internal stakeholders with a proactive, professional, and cost-effective solution that provides a consistent approach across the group.

This role will be responsible for recruitment within the Company Shop Group.

Your core responsibilities

• Work within the recruitment team to support recruitment strategy through the delivery of specific attraction strategies and candidate care.
• Run assessment and selection centres as and when required.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment pipeline dealing with queries and ensuring candidates are fully informed at each stage of the process.
• Execution of candidate attraction strategies
• Efficient screening and de-selection of candidate’s specific competencies
• Delivery of shortlist for hiring manager interview
• Creation of ‘talent pools’ of candidates to service future business needs.
• Ensuring that the recruitment system is kept up to date and all recruitment administration is complete.
• Delivery of recruitment service within SLA agreement

Requirements

Our essential requirements

• Significant operational resourcing experience ideally within an RPO service provider or an in-house resourcing role
• Experience of both volume and specialist resourcing including attraction, sourcing, application filtering and candidate screening etc
• Ability to analyse complex data to provide clear insights and recommendations
