Engineering Graduate Programme:
On this programme, you can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver projects using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients around the world. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions for our clients.
As a key member of project teams, you’ll work side by side with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding the challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- You will need a degree in: IT, computer science, or a technology-related subject.
- However, if you have a real passion and flair for technology and an understanding of how it can be used, we will consider a maths, science, or engineering degree. We expect you to have a real interest in software engineering and end-to-end design and delivery, and you’ll know a thing or two about programming.
- IT skills are essential.
- We’re looking for a passion to grow and develop, a desire for self-improvement, a curious mind, and a strong work ethic.
- You will bring a creative and innovative mindset to your work and clients while ensuring the highest quality work is delivered on time.
- We’re also looking for you to demonstrate a passion for technology in either your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
