Purpose of the Role:

As the lead for the Finance Business Partnering team, you will be responsible developing the commerciality within the organisation through insightful analysis and reporting for our stakeholders. Leading the finance business partner team you will champion best practice strengthening the collaboration between operations and finance. You will also confidently influence managers across the organisation to realise our growth ambitions and financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • Drive key post-merger finance amp; transverse projects, harmonization of processes
  • Lead UK Finance Business Partner team (8 in total of which 2 are direct line reports)
  • Support double digit business growth
  • Support Ebit / profitability improvement as well as cash collection improvement
  • Lead budget amp; reforecast exercises
  • Ensure reliable numbers in reporting amp; forecast
  • Liaise with business, reliable analysis on monthly basis amp; presentation to business
  • Liaise with FPamp;A team, accounting team, corporate teams, external auditors
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in finance amp; management
  • Evolutive / high potential with high adaptability and quick evolution foreseen
  • At ease with operational, hands on day to day production with ability to step back
  • Management of teams / ability to develop people
  • Need to be at ease in matrix environment amp; ambiguity
  • Ability to drive projects amp; influence power

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Finance business partnering amp; Financial planning and analysis experience
  • French Speaker

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
