This Managing Director position is accountable for Public Sector (PS) client sales and revenue across both Consulting and Digital business units in the UK. Leading sales leads and account leads working to build and grow client relationships this role will bring together the best of Credera UK to unlock extraordinary results for our clients.

Lead the PS sector in being a key part of the Credera UK business, a team that people aspire to be part of, and a collaborative and value driven team.
Hire and lead our industry specialists, who understand our clients' environments and support delivery of client solutions as well as act as ambassadors for our business in their field.
Be accountable, at Client Function level, for PS sector new logo sales, and existing client revenue growth.
Be accountable for client delivery across PS, prioritising our clients to bring the best of Credera to solve their most complex solutions.
Be accountable for ensuring PS accounts and the sector as a whole meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Be accountable for sales strategy, expanding our delivery at current clients and working with the Growth Function on new business generation.
Work with the Growth Function to develop new commercial relationships and industry propositions to take to market via marketing, alliance and channels sales.
Work with Growth Function Bid Management to develop compelling win strategies and run successful bid execution.
Work with the Growth Function to develop new commercial relationships via marketing, lead generation, bid management, alliance and channels sales.
Qualify framework tenders and where appropriate, develop bid responses (with operational bid support from the Growth Function).
Requirements
We are seeking a senior individual who can lead a team of PS sales leads, Client Relationship Directors and associated delivery teams in creating pursuit and account sales development plans and deliver extraordinary impacts for our clients.
You will:
Be accountable leading the PS team in developing right sized and compelling solutions to meet client requirements and win work.
Approve deals within value and gross margin delegated authority.
Be accountable for developing and presenting for sign-off, by the Chief Client Officer, target margin commercial deals outside of value and gross margin delegated authority.
Work with the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager to develop creative deal structures that reflect potential and balance risk and reward.
Lead the development and management of robust account plans including an understanding of client operating models.
Ensure that Credera has a detailed understanding the business case including ROI timeframe underpinning all client delivery work.
Working with the Growth Function, be accountable for PS sales strategy and pursuit plans including integration of platform, channel and Omnicom.
Collaborate with Board and Growth Function colleagues in business planning activities - building forecasts, setting business level revenue and Gross Margin targets, feeding into recruitment and resourcing decisions.
Lead and build the PS team of account leads providing exceptional support to our clients and working collaboratively with the Consulting and Digital teams to agree sourcing of client projects.
Lead the PS team in building out our ability to cross sell on client engagements, selling our full global Credera offering.
Manage delivery risk, working closely with Consulting, Digital, other sectors and resourcing to make PS priority calls or investment decisions where required.
Work closely with our teams responsible for Legal and compliance to balance risk and protect Credera's commercial interests. Safeguard our business from risk by putting in place protective contractual agreements and manage a well-balanced sector.
Be accountable for PS Sales Operations including creation of contracts, defining demand, analysing sales and pipeline data.
Be accountable for the revenue and gross margin forecast accuracy of all PS accounts.
Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction evidenced by high CSAT scores, client referrals and agreement to approving credentials for use in future bids.
