You’ll report to Jenny (our Head of New Insurance Products) who builds strong relationships with her team, coaching and developing you to achieve your work and career goals with shared vision and passion.As one of our Senior Product Manager, you’ll:
- define the high value product strategy and delivery, while working towards wider business objectives
- explore customer problems with our digital product teams, looking for opportunities to drive great customer experiences and product growth
- use customer and data insights to identify, assess, and prioritise opportunities
- share your expert insurance knowledge across the team
We’re looking for someone who is:
- knowledgeable in the SME commercial insurance market
- enthusiastic about customers and their needs
- able to demonstrate a strong understanding of managing the commercial performance of their products (including quotes, sales, and revenue performance)
- adept at delivering and growing a digital insurance product
- able to launch and scale commercial insurance products
