About the RoleThe People Experience Advisor is responsible for delivering recruitment solutions and providing HR advisory across our UK business (PEXA UK amp; Optima Legal). This will include sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring a range of technical and non-technical roles and support a variety of talent strategy initiatives as well as have exposure to HR tasks.

What you'll be doingTalent Partnering
  • Lead end to end recruitment activities and services for roles including creating job descriptions, role sizing, advertising, sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews, offers, regrets, mobility and onboarding services.
  • Facilitate and support proactive candidate attraction strategies and approaches in line with our brand and employee value proposition.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and up to date in a timely manner through all recruitment stages
  • Establish, develop and maintain partnerships with business partners and hiring managers, ensuring clarity of recruitment approach(es) and time to fill considerations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hires, ensuring swift responses to hiring needs.
  • Manage and drive recruitment projects including meet ups, recruitment drives amp; projects.
  • Provide regular recruitment and sourcing key performance indicators, metrics and progress updates as required.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as required.
  • Provide support as required for other PX activities related to the Australian and/or UK business.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies are inclusive, aiming to create a diverse workforce that mirrors the values of Optima Legal and PEXA UK.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as required.
People Process
  • Bring fresh ideas and insights to inform how people and talent processes need to relentlessly innovate and create an optimal people experience.
  • Provide accurate advice regarding PEXA’s policies, people processes and systems with escalation to relevant SME when required.
  • Accurate production of relevant employee documentation such as Letters of Offer, Change of Employment letters and cessation documentation.
  • Ensure all employment and background checks are carried out and performance in line with governance requirements.
  • Partner across the PX team to deliver integrated people process solutions to the business.
  • Provide performance management and policy guidance to people leaders, escalating complex matters to the People Partners.
  • Run relevant training sessions with the business to upskill people leaders and employees on people policies and processes and improve capability to manage recruitment and bring great talent into the organization.
