Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp-eyed, Senior Graphic Designer to work with us on a FTC with all things visual for
Clear Channel our brand, our collateral, our campaigns, our photography, our videos, our visual tone of voice.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering visual assets that convey our brand identity and marketing communications. You will work on a wide range of projects, from designing marketing materials to creating visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Your creative skills, attention to detail, and innovative thinking will be integral to our company's success.
What you'll be doing
Our marketing team use various channels to bring our brand architecture our mission and purpose to life in exciting and creative ways to inspire new and existing customers to choose Clear Channel and Out of Home.
This role can be stretched as far as the imagination, with scope to push, pull and expand the creative thinking for application to our collateral, while upholding the core brand.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of creative tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and commercial /sales to produce compelling visual content.
Your primary duties will include:
- Supporting the Head of Design to develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual materials.
- Creating eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, email templates, and social media content.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to translate marketing goals into visually appealing designs.
- Mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and support on design best practices.
- Staying current with industry trends and design software/tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of our creative work.
- Working closely with stakeholders and clearly articulating design decisions.
What we're looking for
- A pro in Adobe CC the more tools the better.
- Strong experience in website and CMS.
- A necessary evil in understanding Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience using email templating tools such as Hubspot or Mailchimp.
- Experience of conceptualising and designing creative assets for marketing campaigns, including print materials, digital ads, and social media content.
- Experience in Ceros or similar online platform is a bonus.
- Highly proactive approach and seeks projects / tasks before they arise.
- Comfortable working in a demanding environment, juggling multiple deadlines and priorities.
