The Role:
We are seeking a smart and highly motivated individual to join our product team and take on the role of a ‘Design Lead’. In this role you will lead and manage the design process independently, from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and different stakeholders to define and executive the product strategy. You will act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations to guide product decisions.

Strategic Contribution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define and execute the product strategy.
Translate business objectives into high-level design concepts and roadmaps.
Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations to guide product decisions.
Autonomous Design Leadership:
Lead and manage the design process independently, from concept to implementation.
Mentor and guide a small team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
User-Centered Design Advocate:
Champion user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies within the organization.
Ensure that UCD is integrated into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
UX Design Expertise:
Lead the creation of user flows, customer experiences, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
UI Design Excellence:
Demonstrate exceptional UI design skills, leading the development of UIs and design systems that align with our brand and product objectives.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Advanced Prototyping:
Utilize advanced prototyping techniques to bring design concepts to life and communicate interactions effectively.
Usability Testing and Validation:
Plan and execute research activities, including usability testing, study designs, and user feedback sessions.
Use findings to refine and improve design solutions.
Accessibility Advocate:
Promote and ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into all aspects of product design.
Advocate for inclusive design that caters to a diverse user base, including individuals with disabilities.
Stay up-to-date with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and ensure that our products are compliant with these standards
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial role. Proficiency in design and prototyping with Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI design work.
