Liverpool, UK, Renshaw Street

Monday to Friday from 8:00am -4:30pm, 37.5 hours the week.

• Coordinate, motivate and supervise teams of LQA testers on assigned projects
• Forward instructions from clients to your team
• Assist with your team’s recruitment, training, and development
• Create and/or run test plans
• Intermediate contact between Universally Speaking and our clients who own each project assigned to your team
• Update clients on the status of the localisation through direct communication and daily reports.

• Your communication manner with clients and ability to identify and find solutions for feedback and action plans
• Coordination of your team’s priorities, progress and collaboration
• On time and thorough delivery of project milestone needs and reports
• How you are mentoring and developing your test team, with PDP guidance and training
• Continuous improvement and knowledge of LQA workflow and technique

Requirements

• Are excellent communicator with great leadership skills
• Have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Are fluent in another language
• Are passionate about how video games and languages come together
• Are happy to work in our offices in Central Liverpool
• Have Right to Work in the UK
