Where does this role fit in?

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious marketeer work as part of a new service offering, within a fast-growing Client Services Team at ITG on an 18 month contract.

Team ITG are responsible for delivering all multi-channel strategy, creative and activation for a range of blue chip B2C brands including Coop, Dixons, Macmillan, Whitbread and many more besides.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager with a strong agency background who is excited to be able to contribute to the success of our Digital Signage service offering for Costa Coffee.

You will be able to take a client brief and translate it through the in store digital signage platform, delivering a truly engaging and intelligent campaign. You will work with and develop relationships with our content, scheduling, digital signage and customer supportteams to ensure we get the best work out, with an impeccable client experience. Passion for technology is key to this role, as our digital campaigns are built and managed through ITG’s varied tech stack.

  • Retail experience is vital, along with a customer focused background you have a service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • You will work with and develop relationships with our scheduling and design teams to ensure we get the best work out.
  • You will have a keen interest in tech led marketing our Storyteq platform and Costa’s CMS software are central to this role, and automation is key to our service delivery.
  • Experience in working with data, and reporting is required for this role our campaigns, and store segmentation, are driven by a range of data formats shared by the client.
  • Delivering amazing client services and building relationships should be part of your DNA.

You will have:

  • Experience in a customer service role for brand and/or retail clients
  • Second-to-none project management amp; organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate and conversant in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with content automation technology is desirable

You will need to show:

  • Self-motivation, setting your own agenda, managing often conflicting priorities
  • Inspiration and engage internal colleagues to get the very best out of them at all times
  • Service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Hungriness to grow service opportunities within the client for ITG
