The Partnership team plays a key role in shaping the overall creator partnership strategy, aiming to maximize value creation for both the platform and content creators. Their efforts are focused on fostering mutually beneficial relationships and collaborations.
As a Community Partnerships Manager at FACEIT, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Community Onboarding and Relationship Building:
- Initiate and develop new partnerships with gaming communities, guiding their integration with FACEIT
- Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with community leaders, offering ongoing support to ensure community success on our platform
- Community Management and Support:
- Reinforce existing partnerships through ongoing, effective communication
- Continuously assist community leaders to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other teams within FACEIT to ensure a holistic approach to community support and development
- Community Discovery and Analytics:
- Scout and identify potential or thriving gaming communities within the gaming ecosystem
- Regularly track, manage, and report on key performance metrics and objectives to assess community project success
- Strategic and Commercial Management:
- Handle commercial and account management responsibilities with key partners
- Analyze data to understand community needs and develop innovative strategies and ideas
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager in shaping and executing partnership strategies and objectives
- Contract and Financial Administration:
- Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with partners
- Manage payment processes and financial dealings related to partnerships
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operational execution and compliance
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the gaming ecosystem
- Creative approach and ability to foster collaboration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Capability to multitask and allocate time effectively across various projects
- Fluency in English
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior engagement with gaming communities and a network in this domain
- Knowledge of any of the following ecosystems: Counter-Strike, Rocket League, or Overwatch 2
- Previous experience as a FACEIT user
- Proficiency in languages other than English
