Job Description

Corporate Account Executive - 12 month fixed term contract.

Location - Aylesbury, HP19 8DB

A quick look at the role.

The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team with the running of Corporate Client contracts.

The role will cover reporting, growth/development of contracts, meeting the relevant KPI’s/SLA’s, compliance, customer satisfaction, customer retention and innovative solutions.

The role is home based however, there will be a requirement for some travel to office and customer locations.

  • Supporting the Account Management team with the running of Corporate Client contracts.
  • Processing client requests for data, including waste destination information, compliance and other information as needed.
  • Supporting the Account Management team with pricing and tender requests
  • Production of regular client reports.
  • Managing the KPI/SLA requirements for our Corporate Client contracts.
  • Managing purchase order processes.
  • Working closely with Mobilisation, Customer Service and Account Management teams to provide escalation support and supporting smooth transition of new sites and supplier changes.
  • Providing support to the Account Management team on client and internal projects as required.
  • Providing general administration support across the Account Management team.

  • Strong Customer Service Experience.
  • Waste management experience.
  • Ability to understand numerical data and a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis and via the phone with all levels including management, team members and internal/external customers.
  • Strong attitude for compliance and excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions.
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines in a time critical environment.
  • Robust and resilient with the ability to absorb pressure and respond positively.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and broaden skillset/experience.
  • Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel.
  • Solution based approach to problem solving.
