The role:
  • Managing all commercial activity with a portfolio of customers and prospects, to include:
    • Current customer upsell/cross-sell/change requests
    • New opportunities with existing customers
    • New prospect opportunities
    • Contract renewals
  • Ensuring all customer specific activity is commercially accountable
  • Customer retention
  • Customer relationship management and ongoing system usage
  • Driving customer retention through relationship management of a group/portfolio of accounts
  • Presenting the 15below capabilities and product portfolio face to face and remotely to both customers and prospects
  • Achieving sales targets for both existing customers and new customers
  • Extending 15below’s contacts internally within accounts
  • Working with the 15below Head of Product Solutions to ensure the customer is using the system in a way that creates the most value for them and for 15below
  • Working with the Marketing team to provide ideas for content and drive new leads at both existing customers and prospects
  • Maintaining an effective sales cycle to track and maintain sales leads at both customers and prospects
  • Representing 15below at trade shows internationally
  • Working with the Business Analysis team to gather technical requirements from customers and prospects
  • Preparing commercial proposals and responding to RFIs and RFPs
  • Participating in and running workshops with customers and prospects
  • Providing customer training, when required
  • Travel to North and South America, when required

Requirements

The kind of person you are:
  • You are highly experienced at building relationships with a global customer base and have a good cultural awareness
  • You are positive, confident and resilient.
  • You have the tenacity and skills to create and grow opportunities even with accounts which appear to have none.
  • You have a deep understanding of metrics and can use them to identify where performance improvements can be made to improve results.
  • You have experience in managing travel tech accounts at an enterprise and/or group level.
  • You have excellent negotiation, influencing and consultative sales skills.
  • You have a passion for the travel industry
  • You are a great communicator at all levels of a business with excellent written and verbal skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
