We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager - Value Delivery, to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of Transformation and be a member of the Transformation team.

The core responsibility of the of Finance Manager - Value Delivery is to Ensure the NewChapter Transformation programme delivers the optimum value and achieves its financial objectives by owning the value case, leading the value realisation workstream and working with Workstream Leads to ensure enterprise spend initiatives and organisation structure deliver their objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as Workstream Lead for the Value Realisation workstream, providing relevant inputs into status reporting
  • Identify risks and issues related to project budget or the development and achievement of the programme value case, put in place early warning mechanisms and proactively develop and implement mitigation plans. Escalate as appropriate.
  • Own the creation of the programme value case, ensuring consistency, accuracy and robustness of the approach, data and assumptions, setting the standard for financial analysis and quantitative rigour
  • Supporting mitigation plans associated with risks and issues for value case development
  • Identify right contacts at Norgine for questions / clarifications for value case development, as needed
  • Work with Function Leads, Initiative Leads, Category Owners and Budget Owners to get buy in for Enterprise Spend Initiatives with objectivity and integrity
  • Provide clear direction and focus, visibly championing the changes which deliver greater efficiencies.

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

  • Qualified Accountant; Finance background; experience in a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of a Commercial environment and Mamp;S chain process advantageous
  • Analytically strong with highly developed knowledge and ability to use IT systems to improve processes and convert data into meaningful business information
  • Conversant and knowledgeable of local accounting and tax legislation
  • Reporting for project costs and relevant savings
  • Well developed planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present effectively to groups at board level
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
