What we’re looking for...

AG Barr is looking for an LBDM who will be responsible for delivering business growth across all defined outlet types within a designated geographical area. The LBDM will form part of the overall customer team looking after customers in our Out of Home sector across multi-sectors including - Higher and lower Education, Healthcare, QSR, Bamp;I, and Leisure.

Your responsibilities will include...

As a Local Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include;

  • Sales KPI delivery including but not exclusive to; new accounts opened (Hunter), new distribution points gained in existing business presence, display, and availability. (Farmer)
  • Selling the brand plans at a local level, ensuring the marketing message is relayed and the KPIs are achieved.
  • The development of relationships that build long-term benefits.
  • Communication internally of activity and intelligence of relevant customer and competitor plans.
  • Agreeing the placement of any cold equipment and ensuring compliance.
  • Participating in targeted activity drives behind either ATL activities, regional opportunities, or strategic opportunities.
  • Work with peers and senior colleagues to help build knowledge through one-to-one in-store and/or team meetings.

What you’ll bring...

The successful candidate will have;

  • Ideally been educated to a degree standard or 1-2 years experience in Field Sales.
  • Some experience in the out-of-home sector would be advantageous.
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and good personal leadership.
  • Ability to work unsupervised
