The role:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping Commercial team members prepare for client and prospect meetings by customising sales decks and supporting documentation.
  • Attending meetings and calls with Commercial Account Managers to help take notes, assess requirements, and facilitate follow up actions in Salesforce
  • Producing proposals and other documents using 15below templates
  • Updating and maintaining sales pipeline in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Helping to progress deals via internal and external communications. Sending our pre-sales questionnaires and other documents and chasing for responses.
  • Networking with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deals
  • Attending Trade shows and meetings internationally
  • Acting as liaison between Commercial, Delivery and Support teams to ensure commercial team members are kept informed when they can’t attend meetings themselves.
  • Collating and reconciling end of month reports.

Requirements

  • Experience of complex, technical product sales
  • CRM experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • A passion for the travel industry
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to take on multiple duties
  • A great communicator at all levels of a business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
