In order to solidify this position and translate it into sustained growth, we’re looking to bring onboard a senior-level, client-facing leader who will manage, develop and grow our EMEA and UKamp;I business and spearhead the development of our London office and team.
This should be somebody that has a real passion for the work we do, can unlock and own key client relationships, and can lead and inspire teams around an exciting vision, strategy and culture. You will be a key member of our leadership team globally - and be on the path to becoming a Partner in the business.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate for this role?
- An innovation practitioner - someone that has a deep background in innovation, having grown through the ranks from junior to senior as an amazing consultant
- A proven business developer - someone who is eager to network, open new doors, and bring in new clients ; and as a proof point is consistently in the top 3 sellers at their existing and previous companies
- Expert in account growth - someone who has taken small clients to $2MM+ clients on multiple occasions
- A business leader - someone who will lead and grow our EMEA business by building out a high performing director team and manage the regional Pamp;L
- An entrepreneurial business builder - someone who has been part of smaller, growing organizations and thrives in that type of environment
- The right cultural fit - someone who aligns closely with to our values and is able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- An innovation pioneer - someone that's motivated by our vision and work around reimagining innovation in the age of Generative AI - not a stickler for doing things the way they’ve always been done
