Role: Head of Talent Acquisition
Location: Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7BH)
Hybrid Working: To be based at our Warrington office 3 days per week, with home working 2 days per week

What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and development of the talent acquisition department and team, both of which have been on a journey of transformation over the last couple of years; implementing new systems and processes to help us hire the best trainee talent in the market. We’re now looking to drive this further and improve our offering and employer brand within the experienced recruiter market, whilst supporting the huge growth plans of the business over the coming years.

Previous experience within Rec2Rec, or hiring recruitment professionals would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
