We have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join Norgine in the HRBP role. The

person holding this position will report to the Chief People Officer and be a member of the global HR team.

The core responsibility of the HRBP is to support the Operations Unit Leadership teams to achieve their business goals by providing HR strategies and initiatives across all areas including resourcing, talent management amp; succession planning, organisational development, change management, employee relations and compensation.

Requirements

· Working as part of the global HR team, the HRBP, will operate as a strategic partner to the Operations function BU and their respective leadership team.

· The HRBP will have ultimate accountability for the local HR delivery in the Regional Operations Units.

· As part of the wider HR team, the HRBP will work collaboratively with the CoE’s for Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning and development, in order to meet the needs of the business.

· Through the local HR delivery, proactive interaction with the other functional HRBPs will be necessary to ensure that the operational HR needs are met for Norgine as a whole

· Significant HR Experience with extensive experience operating at a senior level in an international environment

· Experience in working within an international business (Pharma experience a definite asset) with the associated understanding of commercial organisations

· Experience in working with Work Councils across Europe an asset

· Agile and adaptable HR generalist with the ability to flex your style and approach in order to service the business needs; the individual needs the ability to roll up their sleeves and get stuck where required

· Demonstrated knowledge of European law and processes

· Ability to effectively manage a remote team

· Master/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Fluent in English, or any other European language would be an asset

· Ability to travel frequently approx. 40%
