Job Purpose:

As a Global Digital Brand Manager, your primary responsibility is to enhance, across all markets we operate in, our brand presence and the consumer experience in the digital realm.

  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital strategies that align with overall brand objectives, fostering engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across various online platforms and markets.
  • You will work closely with the Global Digital and eCommerce Director as well as local markets to deliver the strategic vision and executional roadmap to support the CHC targets and growth ambitions

Key Responsibilities: (The below list is just an overview, we are happy to discuss more details during the interview)

Digital Strategy

  • Responsible to drive the implementation of the digital strategy / transformation at global and local levels and ensure its fully integrated into the strategic planning process.
  • Support markets in the adaptation of the global strategy and ensure they follow at all times the brand and digital success models and priority growth drivers
  • Champion strong internal stakeholder support, agency management and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver the CHC digital marketing and media strategies

Digital Operations

1. Media management and performance

  • Support the development and execution of the global digital marketing and media strategy across all markets, to enhance the brand online presence and consumer experience to drive business growth.
  • Lead, oversee and monitor digital media activation at global level and in markets to ensure perfect campaigns execution. Anticipate adjustments to ensure business goals are met.
  • Monthly analysis and reports on digital marketing and media performance KPIs, leveraging insights to propose plans to optimize campaigns and improve ROI on an ongoing basis

2. Platforms and content development and performance

  • Support the development and management of key digital consumer engagement platforms (e.g. websites, social media pages, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Create best in class amp; meaningful assets across various digital channels to cover the various steps in the consumer decision journey (owned and paid content)
  • Support the omnichannel long term vision and activation, working closely with Marketing, commercial, supply and trade and shopper teams.

3. Test, Measurement and ongoing optimisation

  • Build amp; implement measurement plans that demonstrate delivery against business amp; initiative objectives, as well as support continuous improvement/optimization
  • Continuously drive A/B testing matrix to continuously improve conversion funnel and make data driven decision based on different tests and insights.
  • Understanding consumer journeys and pain points setting up analytics tools like to optimize the conversion funnel.

External Focus (consumer, technology and innovation, competition)

  • Develop a deep and detailed view of consumer / customer behaviour across all digital channels
  • Future proof the organisation in terms of processes, tools (including AI) and infrastructure to drive agility / speed to test, learn and optimise faster than the competition, support marketing and sales initiatives and drive higher ROI
  • Maintain a strong external focus to ensure that digital marketing strategy and operations are based on a clear and up to date understanding of the ever-evolving Digital space
