As a Senior Recruiter specializing in event crewing, you'll lead our recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier talent for various event roles. Reporting directly to the Head Of Recruitment, you'll leverage your expertise in event staffing to enhance our team and ensure seamless event execution.

Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for event crew members, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates,
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members, providing insights, support, and training as needed.
- Devise and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled event crew members through diverse channels, including industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Collaborate closely with operations team to understand job requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing plans
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet skill and experience requirements for various event roles
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to streamline workflows and improve the quality and speed of hiring
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build relationships and attract top talent
Requirements
- 2 years in a senior recruitment capacity
- Extensive knowledge of event staffing and crewing, including an understanding of event roles, technical skills, and industry-specific requirements
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection within the events or entertainment industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and operations team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
