Job Description

As Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the early life of our customers. Ensuring that they receive exceptional service levels while obtaining an in depth knowledge of your customers’ needs in order to maximise customer profitability and longevity of use.

In addition, you will work with our customers to match their needs with our wide range of fleet products and services that we offer. This position is based in North Leeds - LS16 6QY

Our offices are closed across the festive period, but you will hear back from us week commencing 1st January to discuss your application. We have induction dates on both 15th January and 5th February.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with your customer portfolio primarily by phone and email understanding what is important to your customer and key drivers for usage
  • Assessing customer potential and that they are on the best product
  • Reduction in early life churn
  • Initial discussions with customers around our fleet products
  • Guiding customers through the set up and understanding of our online portal
  • Provide and deliver the best possible customer service.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers, resolving queries in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Review and respond to customer emails and correspondence.
  • Monthly commission available should KPI’S be achieved
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
