In response to our continued high-growth trajectory, we have a new opening for an experienced Delivery Lead amp; Scrum Master who is proactive, enthusiastic and has a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude with strong knowledge of working in an Agile Methodology.

The Delivery Lead is the point of delivery for operationally critical projects, likely to include a portfolio of related projects, potentially of strategic importance to our clients with firm deadlines. A vital part of the role is delivering the requirements as per the customer expectations.

Location , Perth Scotland , Hybrid working.

Requirements

Key to the role is to identify project risks and issues, assessing and recognising criticalities and contingencies. The Delivery Lead will need to be focused on targets and requirements, with an ability to be adaptable to meet changing business environments.

- Reports on progress to the relevant Lead Project Manager or Programme Manager.

- End to end Proactive delivery of Critical Infrastructure IT Projects and associated Governance, including finances, Project reports and RAID logs.

- Creation and leadership of project team to drive project outcomes.

- Management of stakeholders, and leading all business change communications.

- Reporting on value outcomes and risk outcomes.

- Creation and leadership of project team to drive project outcomes.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
  • In-depth understanding of IT products, services and systems, managing multiple projects in parallel. Must be able to link project to strategic outcomes.
  • 3rd party management
  • Experience of working as part of a larger programme of work.
  • Experience of working with Azure DevOps EPICs, features, Sprints, backlogs etc.
  • Scrum master
  • Experience of delivering upgrades to systems and applications both on premise and in the cloud.
  • Experience of delivering functional business change again using an agile methodology
  • Ideally previous experience of working within utilities industry.
