Job Title: Learning Coordinator
Salary: 20,250 - 25,250
Hours per week: 35

You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week (one of which will be a Tuesday). The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

About the role
The Learning Co-ordinator (centre coordinator) is a key role in supporting and engaging with IOSH learners’ through their qualification journey through their completion of the qualification.
The post holder will be responsible for registering learners, monitoring, and tracking their progress whilst liaising with the assessors and internal and external quality assurers to ensure compliance.
This crucial role involves providing excellent customer service, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes relating to IOSH Qualifications.
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate will have experience working with qualifications within the education sector, in a learning and training environment with knowledge of quality control, auditing systems, and best practices in training and assessment.
We are looking for a candidate who has great verbal and written communication skills, a confident and professional telephone manner, is flexible and approachable and able to work in a responsive and customer-focused manner.
I.T literacy, attention to detail, accuracy and prioritisation skills are key in this role.
Essential criteria
Knowledge:
· An understanding of customer service systems and processes
Skills and Abilities
· Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines in a very busy environment.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills
· IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
· To be flexible and approachable and able to work in a responsive manner and customer-focused manner.
· To be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience
· Significant experience of customer service-related administration duties and telephone work, providing excellent customer care
· Experience of working with qualifications.
