INEOS Automotive are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our IT Delivery team in London. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the whole life-cycle of projects from scoping of requirements, implementation to deployment. You would be working with large scale Digital (CRM, mobile app deployment, web improvements, etc) AND / OR SAP enablement / transformation projects.
As a successful applicant you'd be responsible for;
• SCRUM Master(s) to report to/support the Project Manager
• Budgets ranging from being delivered through fixed cost support contracts to multi-million Pound projects
• A combination of BAU and standalone projects/workstreams could mean managing 2-3 projects at any given point of time
Accountabilities of the job:
• Working as part of the IT Delivery team you will be responsible for implementing a diverse range of projects. This could be a combination of BAU and standalone projects and could include, but is not limited to:
• Supporting RFQs
• Vendor selection
• Delivery of a successful project offer/contract
• Requirements definition and scoping of project deliverables with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Support Analysts and where relevant vendors/systems partners
• Working with various business stakeholders to identify and map business processes
• Working with other workstream project managers to ensure that an end to end business capability is accounted for
• Supporting and pro-actively contributing to improving demand management processes, maturing the PMO reporting outputs and working towards a consistent delivery framework
• Budget management, scheduling, quality control, effective project management
Demonstrable experience of working in an active Digital AND / OR SAP project delivery environment is a requirement together with a sound understanding of both the operational and commercial elements of the business is crucial. The successful candidate will be responsible for all project milestones, resources and budget.
With offices in Europe occasional travel will be required as is flexibility and availability to support needs of the business from time to time

• Exemplary leadership and skills in waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies
* OEM background/experience is advantageous for this role, but not a requirement
• Ability to manage a multi-site virtual deployment team; to provide strong leadership and coaching
• Exceptional communication skills: influence, collaboration, conflict resolution, and expectation management to work with global IT and business teams to deliver expected result
