Company Shop Group (CSG), part of Biffa, is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK. Your core responsibilities
- Produce and manage the induction materials available to colleagues / managers
- Develop captivating digital and classroom-based training courses
- Work consultatively with internal customers to ensure training and learning needs are regularly reviewed to achieve project aims and objectives
- Design learning events to meet the training needs identified with internal customers
- Training delivery in accordance with internal customer requirements
- Ability to develop project content and documentation into training material and knowledge packages
- Ensure the training delivered maintains high standards of excellence in training, advice, guidance and coaching provision
- Offer advice and guidance to Team Leaders / Managers on service knowledge, training and developmental issues

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident delivering engaging classroom-based training sessions
- Confident with all Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
