Company Shop Group (CSG), part of the Biffa Group, is the UK’s leading redistributor of surplus food and household products. We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support with the development of our retail, operations and head office teams. You will provide innovative learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes, that enhance capabilities across the organisation. Whilst supporting CSG, the role is part of our UK wide Biffa HR team being able to pull on expertise in the Biffa’s centres of excellence.
