Global Head of People
Reporting to our CPO and General Counsel, the Global Head of People will lead our day to day People function, overseeing business partnering, employee relations, performance management, rewards and benefits, and HR policy development. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to align People strategies with our business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
You will be responsible:
- Developing and executing People strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Owning the business partnering function, partnering with all leaders across the business.
- Drive performance management initiatives to maximise productivity and engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks.
About you:
- Experience working in an People Ops role spanning multiple countries, ideally across Europe
- Proven experience in a role at similar level
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, demonstrating strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
