Join our dynamic team as a Senior Commercial Recruiter and become a strategic partner to our dedicated consultant and top biller, currently overseeing five key accounts.

Our commercial team have long-standing key accounts offering retained business within the CDMO, CRO, and Nutraceutical fields. Your expertise will be key in identifying top talent, nurturing enduring relationships, and spearheading the expansion of our flourishing commercial division.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth trajectory, working hand-in-hand with a passionate team to strategically build upon our successes in the commercial sector.

Requirements

  • Experience in life sciences recruitment, specializing in commercial roles such as sales, marketing, business development, and related roles.
  • Experience Managing Key Accounts/Dealing with account holders and a comprehensive grasp of industry-specific skills and qualifications.
  • A proactive mindset towards learning, readily embracing new challenges to broaden expertise and adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that fosters collaboration, resilience, and innovative problem-solving, contributing to a dynamic team environment.
  • Will be self-sufficient.
